Use pilot tests, CFD/FEM modelling and refractory investigations to support the demonstrator design.

Prepare the site, install and commission the demonstrator
Complete detailed design, procurement, erection and integration at Stegra.

Demonstrate the SHINE solution at TRL 8
Operate the industrial demonstrator under hydrogen-rich conditions and validate performance during the planned long-duration campaign.

Demonstrate replicability
Assess additional steel-sector applications and evaluate technical, economic and environmental feasibility.

Support market uptake through market analysis, business models, LCA/LCC/carbon footprint and exploitation planning.
